FoxLink is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software service provided by PolyFox Studio Ltd, registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account and using FoxLink, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using FoxLink on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

To use FoxLink, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm this.
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will move to read-only mode unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Your data will be retained and you can upgrade at any time.
We reserve the right to change trial terms at any time for new signups, but will honour the terms in place when you started your trial.
The Pro plan is priced at £19 per seat per month, billed monthly. Pricing is in GBP and excludes VAT where applicable. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.
A seat is one active team member in your workspace. Seats are added when a team member accepts a workspace invitation. Removing a team member reduces your seat count and your next billing cycle will reflect the change.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis. If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access to the service until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

You agree to use FoxLink only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
You own all data you enter into FoxLink — your contacts, deals, activities, notes, and any other CRM data. We do not claim any ownership over it.
By using FoxLink, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Data Export. We will provide your data in CSV format within a ZIP file.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you store in FoxLink (such as contact details of your customers or leads) is done so lawfully and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
FoxLink includes AI-powered features that use the Anthropic Claude API. When you use these features, relevant data is sent to Anthropic to generate responses. By using AI features, you consent to this data transfer.
AI-generated content (lead scores, email drafts, summaries) is provided as a tool to assist your work. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
We aim to keep FoxLink available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability — where possible, we will give advance notice.
We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages from our hosting providers.
FoxLink, including its name, logo, design, and software, is the intellectual property of PolyFox Studio Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyFox Studio Ltd shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request deletion.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, if you fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
On termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of FoxLink after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
